Caylye Nordling is an associate at Rice Reuther Sullivan & Carroll, LLP practicing primarily in the area of business transactions.  Her legal experience includes representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, debt financing, corporate governance, and related corporate and limited-liability company matters. Prior to joining Rice Reuther Sullivan & Carroll, LLP, Caylye was an attorney in the M&A group of Massumi + Consoli, LLP in Los Angeles. She began her career in the fund formation group of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP at their New York headquarters.

Caylye received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles with a double major in Economics and Political Science. She received her juris doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas, where she was a staff editor for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas and Energy Law and earned academic achievement awards in Contracts, Civil Procedure, and International Law.  Caylye graduated with high honors.
