Daniel Robinson is an Associate at Rice Reuther Sullivan & Carroll, LLP, practicing in the firm’s real estate, corporate and mergers & acquisitions practice groups. His legal experience includes representing clients in real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, in the formation and organization of limited liability companies and non-profit organizations, and consulting on other corporate matters.
Prior to joining Rice, Reuther, Sullivan, & Carroll, Daniel was an attorney at a highly respected Utah law firm specializing in corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Daniel is a graduate of the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. He received his Bachelor of Science in public health from Brigham Young University. While in law school, he received a fellowship in the BIOLAW program and earned awards for best negotiation and best agreement in the 2022 UCLA Transactional Law Competition.
