Robert E. Opdyke is a Partner at Rice Reuther Sullivan & Carroll, LLP practicing primarily in the area of complex civil litigation. His experience includes representing local businesses and professionals both in and out of the courtroom. Prior to joining Rice Reuther Sullivan & Carroll, LLP, Mr. Opdyke was an attorney at a boutique Las Vegas law firm where he also represented bankruptcy trustees, creditors, and debtors in a variety of contested matters.
Mr. Opdyke graduated summa cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law. During law school, he served as an Articles Editor for the Nevada Law Journal and received CALI Awards for earning the highest grades in Lawyering Process II, Federal Income Tax, International Business Transactions, International Commercial Arbitration, International Intellectual Property, Entertainment Law, and Resort Hotel Casino Law.
Mr. Opdyke also holds a degree in hospitality management from Penn State University. Prior to law school, he worked as a Hotel Manager at Caesars Palace.
Mr. Opdyke is licensed to practice in Nevada.
